Dispatch & Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within a designated business timeframe after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, or for large and bulky items. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Methods & Timeframes
We partner with reputable national and regional courier services to deliver across the country. The available delivery options and estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout and are calculated based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your items.
- Standard Delivery: Our most common service. Estimated delivery windows vary by location.
- Express Delivery: A faster shipping option for urgent orders, available at an additional cost for eligible items and destinations.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date. While we strive to meet these estimates, factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, customs (for international orders), or incorrect address details can impact the delivery date.
Delivery Areas
We primarily deliver within the country. For remote or regional areas, additional transit time may apply. Some large, heavy, or specially ordered items may have restricted delivery zones or require a specialised freight service. Details will be provided during checkout if applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination, the total weight, and the dimensions of your order. We may offer promotional free shipping on orders that meet specific criteria, as advertised on our website.
Receiving Your Order
- Tracking: You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Authority to Leave: For your convenience, you may select an “Authority to Leave” (ATL) instruction at checkout. This authorises the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address without requiring a signature. If you choose ATL, Marine Supplies and the carrier are not liable for parcels once delivered as per your instructions.
- Signature Required: If no ATL is given, a signature may be required upon delivery.
- Inspection: Please inspect your parcels upon delivery. If there is obvious damage to the packaging, note it with the driver at the time of delivery.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missing parcel or significant delay, please contact our customer support team. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to investigate. For damaged items, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
International Shipping
